Sheryl Gwyther is a Queensland children’s author. Her first adventure novel, Secrets of Eromanga (2006) was set on an outback fossil dig. Since then, her horror story, Corn Dolly Dead was included in black dog books’ Short & Scary anthology; she was awarded a May Gibbs’ Children’s Literature Trust Fellowship and in 2010, Sheryl achieved her second Australian Society of Authors Mentorship.
Princess Clown, her new chapter book with Blake Publishing, is out now. Another chapter book, Charlie and the Red Hot Chilli Pepper (Pearson Australia) will be released soon.
