At age 25 Fiona beat an aggressive form of Leukaemia, then successfully chased her dreams of becoming a rodeo rider and horse trainer. With a passion for reading and writing, she felt the need to write about her amazing experience, and in 2013, became a published author with her autobiography, My Wild Ride (Allen & Unwin).
She has an Associate Degree in Arts / Education with an English major and is working towards a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Education. Fiona has also had a successful career in Sales and Marketing at a national level and understands the importance of marketing manuscripts to their target audience.
This experience, coupled with her knowledge of writing and the publishing industry enables her to secure you the best deal, with the best publisher for your manuscript.
Fiona is interested in stories that have her hooked from the first few pages, but can deliver a satisfying middle and end too of course! She loves fantasy, women's fiction that talks to the average woman out there, YA novels with an edge, crime with a twist.
Fiona will not be looking at historical non-fiction and horror stories
